Refund policy

 WHAT IS OUR STORE RETURN POLICY?

We will accept returns/ exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  We will accept returns for a store credit or via gift card only within 30 days of the original purchase date with a valid receipt and all tags attached.

To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return/ exchange, you can contact us at PRETTYPRESSEDBRAND@GMAIL.COM. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please read the Shipping Policy as well.

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be exchanged in-store:

  • Tumblers
  • Mugs
  • Puzzles
  • All Customized Products

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Yes, we welcome you to return or exchange your item(s) in accordance with our Return Policy. 

Items ending in $ .96, .97, and .98, tumblers, mugs, puzzles, and sale items (such as Seasonal Items) are considered final sale. Non-returnable and cannot be returned for store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return (following the return policy) the item(s) you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or an unexpected state, you have 7 days of delivery date to contact us. We can issue you another item on a case-by-case basis. Simply contact us by email and we will get you sorted. If you are approved, your replacement order will be processed. If you are denied, you will receive store credit or via gift card for the amount paid at original purchase. If your item falls under the category of a final sale item please contact us immediately. If that item is no longer available a store credit or via gift card would be issued.

For any reason your order has been damaged during the shipping process. You must contact the shipping carrier, and file a calm.

 

 SOMETHING ELSE TO KNOW ABOUT TO RETURN POLICY

  • Items must have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from PRETTYPRESSEDBRAND@GMAIL.COM  that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return drop-offs are NOT ACCEPTED.

 

RESEVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Pretty-Pressed items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.


REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, but we welcome you to return/ exchange your item(s) by following our Return Policy guidelines. Thank you for shopping with us.
