Thank you for shopping with Pretty-Pressed. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions you have about shipping times and rates.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Note: There may be instances where shipping is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. When this occurs, we will take efforts to advise our customers of such delays on pretty-pressed.com
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
We offer $9 flat rate domestic shipping to the United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Pretty-Pressed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
DAMAGES
Pretty-Pressed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you don't received your order, please contact Pretty-Pressed & Shipping Carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
